Bomb Threat (2000s skater + grenadier)
He's a Freedom Fighter that fights with explosions. He's loud by action and by personality. He adopted the use of bombs as retribution for innocent lives lost from bombings and fighting back against empires and corrupt organizations.
Early on, I already knew what I wanted with his overall design, a casual skater attire strapped with lots of bombs and padding, with the amount of bombs all over him being toned down for practicality.
His outfit consists of his casual colorful style layered with a carrier vest and MOLLE pouches to carry his explosive devices, rollerblades to maneuver the field with speed, velcro gloves, and protective pads. Initially I planned for a more heavily-tactical design to exaggerate the strapped with bombs idea but ultimately went for a more close to reality approach. A lot of the design came from 2000's pop punk fashion, skater and BMX protective equipment, with only the carrier vest being of military design. The story calls for BT to not sport a lot of tactical army style to reflect his opposition of armed forces.
